Gary Pulson the author wrote this awesome book. It's called Hatchet. To me, it is very interesting. It is all about a boy named Brian who is on a plane and he ends up in a forest with nothing, no food, and no shelter. He was all alone on his own.
AUTHORS MESSAGE
I think the author's message is he wants us to know how to survive when we're in the wild and also to face our fears and you can learn how to be independent without our parents as Brian did when he got hurt. Learn new skills like how to make weapons and a shelter and you always have to stay positive about how to make it and never give up on something you can't do. Also, find good solutions if you make mistakes and then think about how to fix them. Have hope in yourself.
SUMMARY
Lastly, I think this book was amazing when I read it because it had lots of interesting words in it that I've never heard before and I think Gary Pulson is a very good writer. Imaginary stories because it is very intriguing to me.
